<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> Hey, this might be a dumb question.. but.. a few years ago I booted a server using a very specific version of Armbian for the OrangePi5, since then i havent been able to replicate the setup, it always crashes... i remember back then (like a year ago) That specific version was the only thing that somehow worked but i lost the image.... I've been looking in the Archive and i cant <clipped message>
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> find it there anymore... Is there an "older archive" ?

<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> Thank you! I cant find the exact version but there are some quite similar there... I will try those out.

<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> Hmm... interestingly enough.. downloaded Armbian_24.5.2_Orangepi5_jammy_edge_6.10.0-rc4.img.xz and flashed it using Balena Etcher and it wont boot...
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <Werner> Well for once there is no guarantee that every image in archive boots and for the other "wont boot" is not exactly a precise starting point for diagnostics. uart logs are.
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <Werner> Also I don't really understand why you don't try an up to date image with either vendor 6.1.115 kernel or latest LTS kernel 6.18?
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> I would go into detail but im not sure if i can do it on this hannel.. don't want to break any rules :/
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> I would go into detail but im not sure if i can do it on this channel.. don't want to break any rules :/
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <Werner> If its a longer story perhaps forum is a better place, yes
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> Its not a "long" story... Basically i've tried for years to run a Modded Valheim server on my OPI5, using Box and SteamCMD i can get it to work just fine BUT as soon as i try to add the "mods" it crashes (Segmentation Fault).
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> Tried a few dozen ways, different OS, different ways to run it (Fex, Box) and i eventually got it to work... took a few screenshots of the "build" but since then i haven't been able to replicate the setup on any other OS.
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> IF.... this fixes it...
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <Werner> There is only one way to find out...
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> going to try first using AMP to boot a server real quick instead of going all the way into building box etc lol

<DC-IRC> [Discord] <random_anon_cesar> Anyone here have any idea why apt is hainvg trouble finding trixie-utils?
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <random_anon_cesar> Looks like its using the mirror: armbian.chi.auroradev.org
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <random_anon_cesar> But at least from what im seeing, the components are all there
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <random_anon_cesar> armbian.sources looks good (at least as far as I can tell. I didnt touch anything since upgrading to trixie)
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <igorpec> i might broke repo
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <igorpec> it is beeing worked on
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <random_anon_cesar> Okay, thats fine. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt something on my end haha 😄
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <igorpec> i know. no worries.
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <random_anon_cesar> Anyone here have any idea why apt is having trouble finding trixie-utils?
<tabris> maybe something's being tricksy?
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <igorpec> i haven't iron out all the bugs yet apparently
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <igorpec> repository management was completly reworked in past two weeks

<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> @werner want to hear something dumb.... i just installed an AMP server.. created an instance, installed BepInEx and everything worked flawlessly... i've done it before like 50 times and failed... reinstalling again to see what did it...
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <iamrood> i didn't even delete the file they suggested... it just worked...
