also, I got iwlwifi working. I appearntly the drivers, or the kernel, im not sure, is picky about dirs. I had it under intel/iwlwifi/$driver, but appearntly, it needs to go two dirs up, inside the extra_firmare_dir

the first step in the install manual, is actually setting the variables, which to me never made much sense. in any case, arch chroot is just a script which automates the chroot steps for you. kiss-chroot does basically the same thing. just use kiss-chroot as stated in the install instructions
