Tartarus: idly wondering if we should have a script for all files that fall only into the THE REST custodianship and put up a mail once per release saying "we're looking for custodians for those files"

qschulz: A worthy goal, but I think it's too big to be useful today. I'm trying to recall if the kernel passed that test when I tried it out maybe a year and a half ago
