dlan: it is possible to commit all these future dts adjustments now as dtsi override in per-board -u-boot.dtsi override, though we are blocked by the per-CPU override k3-u-boot.dtsi and that will need to be renamed as something else.

the USB OTG port on my RK3588 Tiger doesn't work (doesn't detect a USB stick connected to it)

(I have a note for my downstream 2024.07 where I said that this port doesn't currently work in U-Boot and I am not sure if I ever got it to work
