Hi, this is my first time using IRC so apologies if I'm doing it wrong. I'd like to try and build openocd (v0.12.0) without jimtcl. Is this possible (or even reasonable)? The configure script does have the option `--disable-internal-jimtcl` but it seems to cause a build error

Jimtcl is used as the configuration and control language for basically everything.

The --disable-internal-jimtcl option means to use the version of jimtcl installed on your system instead of the one shipped with openocd; it does not mean to stop using jimtcl altogether.

Also, I believe that option is going to be removed in future, in favour of *always* using the system one.
