For some reason, the OpenSCAD file server gives me very little download bandwidth today. Any ideas why?

500 kB/s or so

hmm, let me check what I'm getting
<teepee>
looks like that's the overseas cable, here it's 80,44M 22,2MB/s in 3,7s

I see the problem. The bandwidths have commas, so that probably results in throughput capacity errors of 1e3. *nods wisely*

hm, someone didn't pay for long distance data : /

J25K I believe there are some bugs related to this, but I'm not sure if anything made it to a GitHub issue yet. I feel "double-click to open" needs a fair bit of love across platforms.
<kintel_>
Best start is probably to open a general ticket describing the wanted feature across all platforms and expected corner-case behavior (e.g. bypass welcome screen), then dig down into what is broken where
<teepee>
It looks like the simple open-file triggers a preview even with reload disabled
