Sorry, I don't know what else to suggest. I have not seen that particular issue

hi guys, any guide somewhere about how to get 3d accelerated intel video driver? Like, what of the optional dependencies of mesa I need or whatever?
<ppetrov^>
xorg log complains about missing swrast_dri.so
<jaeger>
Check the Pkgfile for mesa for some of the conditionals, for example mine needs libclc
<farkuhar>
ppetrov^: I seem to recall that xorg/mesa has a README.md outlining the drivers that you get when particular optional dependencies are present at build-time.
<ppetrov^>
i went throught it, but i couldn't figure it out... will check again
<farkuhar>
Hmm, that reminds me ... `prt-get readme mesa` prints nothing because it does not glob for README* in the port directory, it expects the filename to match "README" exactly. That subroutine of prt-get should be revised, if we want to continue supporting Markdown README files.

<ppetrov^>
i had found the README.md... and it has clickable links and all
<ppetrov^>
pffffff
<ppetrov^>
made it work
<ppetrov^>
built mesa against glslang libclc python3-ply lua rust-bindgen, then rebuilt everything between mesa and xorg (maybe an overkill) and removed xorg-xf86-video-intel
<r0ni>
theres a bunch of info on the gitea on crux.nu for mesa optional things
<r0ni>
just fyi, it builds all the things if you have all the extra deps installed, but won't pull them in anymore normally
<ppetrov^>
well, since i exchange packages between my PC and laptop, I may just build all...
<ppetrov^>
dunno...
<ppetrov^>
well, I am glad that the Kaby lake intel thinkpad now has 3d accelleration
