CounterPillow, mmind00 Looking at the driver, I am wondering a bit about the irq handler. It just acks the alarm, but never bothers to report that up to the core. I guess no one cares about userspace receiving alarms for non-wakeup purposes?

CyReVolt: now you just need to do a talk on "doing arm disassemble with ghidra" ... because everytime I tried something like this, I only got garbage results ... and then had other things to look at, so didn't dive really deep ;-)
