Greetings and Salutations! Would someone kindly recollect if there is a method for astats/ametadata to write output WHILE FFmpeg is processing live stream vs writing log file at once at the end of process? e.g. `ffmpeg -i 'srt://192.168.0.23:8890/live01' -map 0:a -af "astats=metadata=1:reset=1:measure_perchannel=RMS_level:measure_overall=RMS_level,ametadata=print:file=astats.log" -f null -`

yeah ) I'm doing basically that, was hoping to see something outside of STDERR/STDOUT, a bit cleaner demarkation. Thanks anyways furq.

<Wallboy>
Hello. Sometimes I have situations where I need to process the audio and video in a container separately by stream copying each out into their own container before processing each and remuxing them back together. In some cases the original file has streams with different "start_time" values. I'm wondering if there could possibly be audio sync issues that might occur if I do not account for this
<Wallboy>
when recombining each separately encoded stream? Should I be padding/trimming audio in the separate audio stream depending on if this "start_time" is positive or negative?
