<DC-IRC> [Discord] <dams0869> Hello, can you tell me what the edge kernel cycle is ? Currently, armbian-config offers a 6.15rc1 image from April 6th. Is it updated every month?
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <lineuser_73064> hi guys, i have a trouble with armbian-config on radxa zero 3w, i get error: Invalid overlay_prefix rk35xx
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <lineuser_73064> when i want to access this menu:
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <lineuser_73064> Armbian 25.5.0-trunk.488 nightly
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <mecoblock> did you update from a prior version? rk35xx got replaced with rockchip64 //someone correct me if i’m wrong
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <steeman1> There is no fixed process and it depends on the underlying cpu family. For example alwinner generally lags behind amlogic and rockchip. So the best answer I can give is when developers put in the effort to move to a new upstream label.
<DC-IRC> [Discord] <steeman1> I should also add, it also differs if you are using the stable apt repository or the beta/unstable apt repository. Stable generally only moves once a quarter with new Armbian releases.
