xypron: do any of the boards you have access to have the AP6256 WiFi+BT chipset? as on Mars CM WiFi
<xypron>
shadows: No, I took the Nars CM w/o WiFi. Greetings from Shanghai where I attended the RISC-V summit.

that's great! :)

about AP6256 with mainline Linux it is on SDIO interface for Mars CM. I have it almost working, but I am stuck not knowing what else to try to make progress; it does load the firmware files but then there are errors. I learn that configuring the pin is required to power the module so it will be detected as an MMC peripheral, and maybe I need to add some delay.
