i put the firmware file in lib/firmware and i believe it works, but is only very slow

ok, so the action setup is now as such that if the action file is present, it will do the following:

if the branch is maemo/* - build package using gbp (using tag and all), and if the orga is leste-extras, it will include the package in the deb repo

additionally, it will not build say daedalus packages for maemo/chimaera and vice versa

if the branch is not maemo/*, then it will build for both daedalus and chimaera and never attempt to include a package in the deb repo, but the artifacts will be avail for downloading
