I think if you get an injuries, or death, or sickness, or disabilities, hit by a car, or shot with a bullet, or stabbed with a knife, whether it is suicidal or not. The vaccine should be blamed and the companies should be sued. You know like how every cause of death or injury and illness was due to their fake COVID-19 lies
<dlcusa>
Any good lawyer should be able to prove that in court.
<SiFuh>
In the current court system, I am sure you can find one.
<dlcusa>
It DOES have a lot to do with the sitting judge. Appeals are always dicey.
<SiFuh>
dlcusa: Do they have Magistrates in the US?
<dlcusa>
They do, due to not enough judges.
<SiFuh>
That's the same excuse many Western countries use. They are an abomination to the legal system
<dlcusa>
They're like judges--some are fair.
<SiFuh>
They are used for statutory offences. You know like victimless crimes in Australia. Such as speeding and stuff. But if you actually commit a crime you go before a judge
<SiFuh>
They are usually able to get away with charging someone for speeding because the officer who writes the tickets says he is making a complaint. So technically he pretends to be the victim.
<dlcusa>
I am unaware of any criminal magistrates here.
<dlcusa>
Meaning those who adjudicate non-criminal issues.
<SiFuh>
Another example is telling a police officer to "F*** off" and he can charge you a fine. If you don't want to pay it, you need to go to the magistrates court. The officer usually says some bullshit like "I felt really threatened by his words. I had trouble sleeping at night." Such bullshit.
<dlcusa>
Here that's obvious disrespect for authority.
<SiFuh>
Yeah, well I won. Because he demanded I buy him a burger in the drive through and I told him to f*** off. Then he tried to rip the spoiler off the back of my Taxi but it was all on camera.
<dlcusa>
He forfeited all respectfulness.
<SiFuh>
They usually the cases because often they swear more than the civilians.
<SiFuh>
lost the cases*
<dlcusa>
Indeed--you'd think they'd understand to need to be civil.

dlcusa: It all changed around 2006. The police officers were allowed forearm and ankle tatoos. Grow beards. Wear baseball police caps. Allowed to wear shorts instead of long pants (Except if you were a bicycle cop) and so on.
<SiFuh>
Bicycle cops always wore shorts
<dlcusa>
I clearly need more coffee--s/non-criminal/criminal/--afk...

Tim Houston, premier of the Canadian province Nova Scotia, announced that beginning Tuesday citizens are no longer allowed to enter the woods for hikes and other nature activities.

SiFuh: I support that by-law. People will have less opportunity to start wildfire.
<SiFuh>
ukky: I don't. Just because one irresponsible person or one person commits a crime, why should the innocent be punished?
<SiFuh>
When they did the gun buy back program in Australia, the crime rate went up. All the crooks kept their guns, only the good citizens handed theirs over. But this whole gun law non-sense is crap. There are more guns in the hands of good citizens now than ever before. Because so many went out and got licences to own many types of guns.
<SiFuh>
So the entire "no mass shootings" story in Australia doesn't work because they got rid of the guns, doesn't work. Criminals still have theirs and the citizens are more armed to to the teeth than ever before in Australian history.
<SiFuh>
The state of Victoria in Australia is now put in a program and made it illegal for anyone to have a machette without police approval. They think by telling everyone you have a certain amount of time to hand your machettes over to the police that it will stop youth knife crimes.
