<sparsh-n> I will say, from my experience building OpenSCAD so far on windows, following the MSYS2 instructions have worked the best, although I usually just build it directly from the MSYS2 shell, not opened in any IDE.

<sparsh-n> somewhat semantic, as vs code isnt an ide, but visual studio is. Although with how many people use vs code over visual studio, it might be more useful. I have seen some other graphics related projects rely on using Visual Studio (EA Gigi) and have a sln file, although there's likely a equivalent way of doing this for vs code with the correct
<sparsh-n> extensions

<Guest89> Hi, I have been publishing the nightly windows builds to winget and I noticed that the last development snapshot for Windows was released on May 16th. Is this a known issue? Can I / should I file an issue on github?

<dini> Hello there!
<dini> Could someone help me in one code that I create on chatgpt?
<dini> How can I send it?
<mwette> try a pastebin like paste.debian.net
<dini> I would like the pieces to fit together and put the most appropriate T
<dini> in the base!
<sculptor> to fit how
<sculptor> centered?
<dini> I would like to create a minimalist headphone stand
<dini> It will be good centered?
<dini> will it?
<dini> I want to fit the 3 parts as a puzzle ...
<dini> to print it separately
<dini> separetally
<dini> and And join them with glue
<sculptor> add translate([-base_size/2, -base_size/2, 0]) in front of minkowski()
<sculptor> aah, do you want to make joints on the parts
<sculptor> idk how to do it yet
<sculptor> i started recently

<dini> Hello
<dini> Anyone know how to make join in the parts?
<dini> Maybe I can lock the mast to the base with a click
<dini> want print it separately
<dini> Hello
<ali1234> lots of ways you could do it
<ali1234> i would use a bolt through the bottom
<ali1234> snap-together parts dont work very well with PLA because it isn't flexible enough but it might work with other materials
